ABOUT POLYNORM

Polynorm is a personal port of Latin Morph!, an interactive morphology drill developed by my amazing Latin professor Darcy A. Krasne, PhD (Department of Classics and Ancient Studies, Barnard College). The original application is available at latin-morph.streamlit.app, with source code on GitHub.

The original is the authoritative, actively maintained version, please use it for the most current features, including an adaptive learning algorithm! This exists only as a personal project to specifically target a certain subset of Latin vocabulary.

Released under the original CC BY-NC 4.0 license.

Modifications in this port include: a React front end with a dark/light visual theming, FastAPI back end, and some additional vocab and verb parsing drills. The underlying morphology data or drill logic has not been substantively altered from the original.
